RedVive Therapy

Henrich Dental now offers red light therapy with RedVive. Red light therapy is a cutting-edge treatment that helps reduce pain, speeds up healing, and improves overall wellness by using light energy to stimulate your body’s natural repair processes. This treatment is completely non-invasive and can be a great complement to the care you’re already receiving at Henrich Dental.

When you visit our office, you can take advantage of our in-office trial treatment. You can then purchase your own red light from RedVive to take home with you. With just 5–10 minutes of exposure, Redvive Therapy delivers measurable benefits. Most individuals report a noticeable reduction in pain after the first session, thanks to its analgesic eƯect on TRPV1 receptors.

How Does RedVive Work?

RedVive helps cells do their jobs better by knocking out stuck nitric oxide in the mitochondria of the cell. This ensures that oxygen can get back in, increasing ATP production which means more energy for the cell to do its job.

Using your red light is easy.

  1. Place your RedVive on a chair, table, or on the floor. Position yourself 18″ away and expose the desired area of your body to the light for 5-7 mins.
  2. Repeat this process daily. It is recommended that users stick to less than 15 mins per area per day to avoid over-use.
  3. Enjoy the benefits!

Most people feel at least some difference in energy right away. After 8 weeks of daily use, more dramatic effects will be noticeable. For best results it is recommended that RedVive users treat for 5 days, then take 2 days off, then repeat.

Who Should Not Use RedVive?

Dr. Henrich can answer your questions and help you decide if you are a candidate for red light therapy. Some individuals may not be candidates for treatment, including:

  • People with a history of photosensitivity and/or with conditions such as lupus or porphyria.
  • Pregnant individuals
  • People with conditions like Epilepsy
  • Patients with cancer diagnosis
  • People with certain eye conditions
  • Patients taking certain medications including certain antibiotics, diuretics, and retinoids.
  • Individuals with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Always consult a medical professional about the safety concerns of using medical devices in conjunction with a pacemaker or other implanted device. Consider a shielded device like our new Pulsing models as well as using from a distance of 24″ away or more to minimize any possible EMI interference.
