Do you have unused annual benefits with your dental insurance carrier?
Most insurance policies follow the calendar year and those unused dental health dollars will be lost in a few weeks’ time. Dr. Henrich and our dental care team provide complete dental services in Tulsa and welcome both current and new patients to schedule that dental cleaning before the year ends to maximize their dental benefits. Ending the year with a healthy smile is a great start for 2022 and will help support an overall healthy lifestyle.
While each and every dental policy should be evaluated by our front desk staff to provide an accurate accounting of what is covered in full or in part, most policies will include bi-annual dental exams and teeth cleanings. It is also common to have your dental x-rays covered once a year. Your dental health insurance is a great healthcare resource and should be maximized each year in an effort to stay healthy and to avoid dental concerns and problems. Many common dental concerns can be avoided with routine dental care.
In some cases, a portion of your orthodontic care is covered by your dental insurance. This is a significant savings and can reduce your overall out-of-pocket costs when addressing more complex dental concerns or cosmetic needs.
Dr. Henrich is an “in-network” provider with several companies, which means that you can enjoy the best possible overall cost-effective care. For all others, we will file your claim as an out-of-network provider and provide an estimate of your reimbursement from your insurance carrier. As an out-of-network dentist, you will still receive the same high-quality dental care that we provide for all patients in our Tulsa dentist office, but the processing may be different and you may have to pay a little more upfront. Contacting our office is the best way to determine your benefits and costs before you come in for a visit.
Are you ready to finish the year with a bright and merry smile? Schedule an appointment with Dr. Henrich and support your overall health and wellness as you look forward to the New Year!
